I went onto my Inside 919 page and changed my email address to: Donna@DonnaKleinert.com

I went to that email (Donna@DonnaKleinert.com) and verified that that was the change I wanted and accepted the change.

Nothing happened - my old email address is still in there. I don't use this email address, and only checked it because Jim Votel told me you were going to reach out to me and I didn't ever see your message to me in my current email account, so I decided to check this old one, and there is your email.

I don't know what to do to get this changed - I am really frustrated with it.

My previous real estate assistant must have signed me up on Inside 919 back several years ago and forgot to tell me because I have not actively used this email address in the last 3 years and didn't even know what Inside 919 was all about until Jim told me a few weeks ago.

I also tried to change my profile photo to the current one - not sure if that took either. When I last saw it, my really old photo was in there also.

Many of the profile items need to be updated, but it just seems that they won't update.

I would appreciate ANYTHING you can do so I can learn to use Inside 919!
